dusks of hope.

When the sun goes down,
I see houses lighting up the lamps
the street lights brightening the roads
the trees turning dark
and the flowers turning pale

When the sun goes down,
I see the stars gets sprinkled over the sky
with the moon making its way in
the sky turning from yellow
to orange to peach to dark blue

When the sun goes down,
I see the fog through the lights
as the weather gets cold
camp fires are set and hikers setup the tent

As the sun goes down,
we hope to see it coming the other side
we settle ourselves, to rest our mind
and invigorate ourselves for the dawn.

“The sun falls, to give a cause
for us to rise the next day”

Thanks for reading! How was your first week of 22′?
