vent.

Hello everyone! I think I’m some 65% back to my regular mood. I’m building up things slowly, steadily and confidently. In this post, I have wrote something related to mental health and have given a task for you at last. Good to see y’all back here.

We all like to vent out the things that burden our minds, somewhere.
Not on any living thing thou!
On a surface which absorbs all our force, irritation and anger.
We don’t want to show our frustrations on any living being,
as we fear the dilapidation of the existing bond.
We are all bound by the thought of the future.

But yes, we all need a thing to throw them all at once, atleast to forget.
As we can’t be such a thing to someone, no one wishes to be one for us too!
So, what actually is a good thing for this purpose?

Through self introspection, I found ways to stop myself from anguishing.
I found 3 things that make me feel better at this phase of me.

I) Cricket
I play a lot of cricket especially when I’m out of my mind,
when I’m soo low, and I couldn’t think of doing anything.
Hitting the ball gives me a sense of satisfaction.
It’s a very euphoric feeling,
and my mind goes deep into the game.
The environment around me when I play,
makes me forget all my disturbing, burdening thoughts.

II) Punch
I love to see perfect punches.
The feeling is so appeasing and I lose all my anger by punching or even watching.
The feel I get when I stretch out my hands with great force
can’t be matched by anything.
Tightening my fists makes me zestful to punch out everything.
Combat sports are a great way for me to get relieved from anxiety.

iii) words
One of the best ways I pour down everything that disturbs me,
is by typing long rant texts, philosophies full of flaws,
full of one sidedness mostly.
I send them only to my closest one or sometimes only to my eyes.
I love to write long messages regardless of my mood.
Those texts depict my mood and thoughts perfectly.
This is the most accessible way for me to let out my mind blockers,
And hence I do this often.
It conveys what I feel exactly to others and especially to me.
And it helps me understand what I need and what I feel exactly.

Stocking up our thoughts is for no good.
They only burden us,
and thwart us from being focussed.
Let out all the weights in your mind and heart
And be light as a feather.

Now, the task for all those beautiful readers out there is to introspect yourself and put down the things that make you feel relieved in the comment section.
Thanks for reading✨
